13th Annual Golf Tournament :: Friday February 1st at Silverado Golf Resort in Napa CA
The Forest Foundation is hosting its 13th annual charitable Golf Tournament on February 1, 2013 at the Silverado Golf Resort, named one of 2012 Best Course by GolfWeek magazine. Come enjoy a day in beautiful Napa Valley and raise money for a great organization. Each year we hold a Charity Classic Golf Tournament to help maintain this very worthy cause. Proceeds from this charity event will help educate children about the importance of our forestlands and natural resources.

About the Course
Located in the Wine Country, Silverado's two championship golf courses stand as the hallmark of the Napa Valley golf experience. Redesigned by PGA Hall of Famer Johnny Miller, both courses feature dozens of water crossings, elevation changes and routing through historic oak trees. The challenge, visual sensation, and special ambiance of Silverado set the standards by which all others are measured. The beautiful golf course brings the renowned Troon Golf Experience to this world-renowned destination.

Registration and Sponsorships
We are always looking for individual and companies that want to go the extra mile and to gain visibility in the front of this great group and corporate community. There are numerous avenues of participation available for individuals and corporations that are willing to participate, sponsor or donate items for prizes and the silent auction table. Participation and sponsorship in the tournament expands our ability to help educate California's youth through funding our successful "Talk about Trees" or "Map-It" programs and maintaining our Forest Center at the California State Fair.
Registration is $195.oo which includes; all green fees, cart, on-course refreshments, dinner reception and tee bag for each golfer included. Awards presentation, raffle and silent auction following game and prizes for longest drive, hole-in one and closest to the pin contest on designated holes.
